Gates Wesleyan Church regularly supports a number of ministries in the Rochester area including:

	Child Evangelism Fellowship
	Compass Care Ministries
	New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms
	Rochester Family Mission

Other national and international ministries supported include:

	Chosen People Ministries

Several missionaries have been sent out from the church and supported to work in various ministries around the world, including:

	American Leprosy Mission in Bangladesh
	OMS International in the Philippines
	Wycliffe Bible Translators (NC office)
	SIM in Ethiopia
	Ambassadors in Sports
